I have a plan to upload the new themes today. Unfortunately, my website is very slow… I don’t know why… Is it because of plugins? I’ve deactivated some of them. Or is it because Wordpress 2.7?
Do you have any idea?
I hope i can fix this issue as soon as possible…

Hello All,
In order to change the comments windows size in wordpress blog one need to edit comment-functions.php file and edit the below mentioned section in it:
comments_popup_script($width=400, $height=400, $file=)
Once make the changes save the file to apply changes to the wordpress.

Once the function is added one need to call it with desired number of words in their template code or comment code etc..,

You can ban comments to an individual post using following steps:
1)     Go to your dashboard.
2)     Write a new comment or start to edit the existing one.
3)     There is a field called “Comments and Pings”.
4)     Untick the option “Allow comments”.
5)     Click on “Save” to enter setup.
You can use this option for a page also.
